With over eight years of professional fitness coaching experience, and over six years of experience leading personal training programs in collegiate recreation, Evan has worked with hundreds of people from all walks of life both in-person and online to educate and empower them to use movement as a form of self-care, self-improvement, and preventative healthcare.
His approach combines resistance training, mobility and flexibility work, restorative movement, wellness education, and habit-building strategies to help you move better and live well—on your terms.
